I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout who feel traditional therapy hasn’t worked for them. My holistic, integrative approach combines talking therapy, mindfulness, habit-building, and nutrition, with the option for continued care and long-term support. 

Talking Therapy

I take a compassionate and insightful approach to talking therapy, integrating extensive personal and professional experience and my ongoing academic studies in neuropsychology. I currently hold a HND in Psychology studying towards a doctorate in Neuropsychology; I blend academic knowledge with practical experience and unique skills to support you in looking forward, constructively. My approach focuses on the present, avoiding excessive dwelling on past issues. Instead, we work together to create actionable plans for moving forward and making positive changes.

Nutrition

My approach gives us the opportunity to explore nutritional factors which could be contributing to your mental distress. My approach hopes to educate and support you with dietary advice and the impact of nutrition on brain function.

  • Improve Mood: A balanced diet can positively impact your mood and mental clarity.

  • Sleep Better: With the right nutrition, we can improve sleep patterns, decrease anxieties and symptoms of insomnia.

We'll discuss why you want therapy and what you can expect from me. This will be an opportunity to see how we might work together. Choosing to get therapy is a big step, it's important to find a therapist with whom you are comfortable.

each session is 60-90 minutes
